Then he took extra time to lubricate all moving parts and checked all aspects of the door as well as a second one we have. He was personable and friendly. In 2009 my son purchased a hurricane door from Precision and recommended I use the company to purchase mine which I did. What a good decision I made to follow his advice!! I have called back a couple of times for service, change remote and always get good, quick, service. This week my door wouldn’t stay down, about 2:45 PM I called Precision to see when they could come out, I was amazed to be given a time of 3-7 PM, same day. Tim came approx 4 PM and had to replace the opener, I was even more amazed it was covered under the warranty!!! No charge!!! I cannot say enough about their service, employees, quality and willingness to make that service call the same day and to make sure I’m satisfied. Tim installed the new opener, programmed it and explained the new technology within the hour, I believe, he was very courteous, efficient and professional. Precision does just what they say on TV, they are amazing!!

The reputation of any business which should has been gradually built up by its own long-termed efforts of reaching customers’ expectation would be depended on how well its own customers working to serve its customers only. Of course! Human beings are imperfect so are; we too. No question asked. Please! Keep reminding of your own people to serve your customers the best they so that your own customers would smile back to all of you in their prospective return. We’ve always had excellent service and “honest assessments” from Precision for older garage door installations needing some updates and/or repair. This last upgrade was the BEST as I thought we would have to replace the door but it was only the springs and opening devices that needed attention. The noise level reduced by 80% and it now sounds perfect! I trust their service team and they are on-time and professional. Highly recommend them to others!

A new garage door opener, rollers, and door reinforced. The service team of Carlos and Noah were exceptional. Prompt, courteous, and efficient. Everything was explained and demonstrated upon completion. Will recommend this team and company to everyone.
