Finding a service technician for anything these days is like playing spin-the-bottle…you never know what you will end up with. Yesterday the bottle stopped at Precision Garage Door Service. I was dubious but really hit the jackpot. Today, Carlos and Brian came out to diagnose my over 20-year-old garage door opener malfunction. Needing a replacement did not surprise me, but everything else did. Both gentlemen were pleasant, professional (in manner and attire), helpful, skilled, and efficient. In no time I had a new garage door opener for a price that I could afford. My only complaint? The door is too quiet…now I can’t hear my son sneak in, in the middle of the night. ? I couldn’t be happier with this organization. My old garage door was shot and within 30 minutes of my call, a truck pulled up, wrote up an estimate with several options and then they went to work. It was a big job, but within a few hours the door was rebuilt and working like a new door. I highly recommend these guys for any door work.

Technician was prompt, came early and explained all my options for my repair. Due to his thorough inspection, he found out I needed more than just spring replacement. He showed me the areas of concern and educated me on how and why I have the issues. I chose to go with the complete repair with the full 7 year warranty so I have peace of mind. Kudos to the Technician for great work, politeness (in this heat) and a job well done !!!

I chose this company because of reviews in the 5 Star Rated referral guidebook and the company profile. Keith was most professional and polite and installed the keypad in very little time. I definitely would call Precision again.

I had no idea that there was anything wrong wrong until I started to close the garage door and heard a snap sound which turned out to be the chain sprocket breaking off of the unit. I asked the wife to call for service. She was told that they could be here within the next 4 hrs which made both of us pleased. After the service man looked at the unit and told us the cost of repair and age of the unit, we opted to replace our existing unit with a new one with a lifetime guarantee.
