Precision Door is by far a 5 star rated company. I was pleased to get a weekend appointment and also was told who would be assisting me with our home garage door issue. I then received an email notifying me of the appointment and a photo list of employees. On the day of the service I received a call from the technician who gave a time frame of his arrival. Jordan was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He did not leave a mess when he finished. I would highly recommend Jordan and Precision Door to anyone with Garage Door issues. We plan to reuse Precision Door when our Garage Doors need to be replaced in the future.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services. My technician Chad Donovan was personable, very knowledgeable and professional and quickly determined the resolution to my garage door issue. I had a broken torsion spring on my 35 year old door and after seeing all the parts he had on his service vehicle, decided new rollers and bearing should be installed while the parts were removed to repair the spring. Chad did a great job and was very fast and efficient in his repair. the door is much quieter and should last another 35 years before any more needed repairs I was very impressed that Chad had all of the tools and parts needed to fix same day. Excellent customer service. Thank you Chad!

the young man that came to my home today done an excellent job he was very polite and a pleasure to do business with he called 30 minutes before arriving at my home and was very curtesy and polite to work with he knew exactly what to do and to fix the problem was fixed as promised I would recommend the gentleman and your company to any one who has garage door problems thank you very much

$866 for a two spring door replacement seems far over the top. The service tech called me prior to commencing the job. There are two sides to every story, but in my opinion he made it sound much worse than 2 springs. Talked about tracks, and rollers, etc. etc That call was at 2:04 pm at 3:08 pm he was done with work and collecting money on the phone. Never again, overpriced.

Andrew just left and he did a good job detecting the noise problem on my garage door. I am glad I went with Precision to install the door because they come when you call them. They are always on time and helpful.

I’ve used Precision in the past for repairs and upgrades and they’ve been great. Today Lloyd came out and gave a knowledgeable presentation on a pair if new garage doors, which we purchased. He was professional, honest and informed.
