Jesus went above and beyond to fix everything we needed on our garage door. Very pleased with the quality and “precision” of his work. He was on time and walked us through our finished product. New spring, new opener with belt and replaced our plastic wheels on the rail to durable rubber wheels. The door runs smooth and much more quiet.

The technician was both professional and personable. Chris provided great advice on maintaining the existing garage opener and door once he corrected the current problem. When my remote suddenly stopped working and did not work even after new batteries, I learned that I did not have a key for the vault to manually operate my garage door. Finding Precision on Angie’s List was the best luck ever! Jesus DiMasse came out and really saved the day! Very professional and helpful, Jesus has my problems solved very quickly! the Technician who performed the work did a great job and the door works perfectly. However, when I posted on face book what garage door opener replacement should cost the response amount was about half what I paid. The average amount posted was $700 to $800. I paid $1990 which I thought was too much at the time but my old opener was already taken apart. The tech was only here for about 1.5 hours
