Spring on garage door broke in afternoon and was able to schedule repair online for next morning. Had follow-up from staff that evening to make sure they had all the information needed. Joshua Hink arrived on time and was able to repair springs quickly while also pointing out additional items that will need to be taken care of in the future. Extremely professional technician. Overall totally satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service.

George, my technican, was polite and professional. He took the time to explain things to me, like what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. He was patient while he answered all my interrupting questions about maintenance. A superb job, done with confidence. I am thankful.

Very easy to schedule an appointment. Technician was here within the designated timeframe which we were provided. His customer service was exceptional. He educated us throughout the process of what needed to be done and what he was going to do.
