I wish I could give a five star review. But the cost of repairs was higher than average. Scheduling an appointment on the website was so easy. I selected the next available time-slot and the response was almost immediate. I received a call and was told an available technician was in the area and within minutes Luis texted me to say he was in his way. Luis was very courteous and knowledgeable. Using a template, he explained the repairs and costs in great detail. I was able to select the repairs within my budget with ease. It took Luis less than an hour to get my garage door working again. The tech Colton was great he was early ,efficient, and professional, explained everything going on and worked hard,set up all electronics for openers and set up my phone app,very sharp young man,keep him around definitely an asset for your company.

One of my torsion springs had broken and the door wouldn’t open. Nelson came out, a little late, but well within the arranged appointment time frame. He was very interested in making sure I understood the issue, what my options were and the costs. He took care of the problem and replaced some other sub-standard parts in the process. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, but the door has never been quieter than it is now.

Christopher came out to see if he could fix the door he was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. He then contacted Michael, who came out and gave me an estimate replacing the door. he too, was very professional and knowledgeable. I thought the quote they gave me was fair and I will be going ahead with the project
