I called Precision several months ago when our spring broke. Since I got such good service then I decided to call them again. Our door made so much noise when opening and closing, I was afraid it was going to fail any time. Again your service man, Josue Lombay arrived within the time you said. He was very professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I could tell he knew what he had to do. I decided then to do the entire job including new rollers and rubber bottom seal. I was very surprised when he said he could do the entire job that day. I was even more surprised he completed the entire job in less than two hours, including connecting in our car signal. What a great experience we had with Precision Garage Door Service recently! Colton was our service tech and was professional, informative & worked in a timely manner to fix our problem. He also made a list of our issues in order of importance with no pressure whatsoever! His knowledge and customer service led us to realize we will definitely use Precision again! He was AWESOME & represents the company very well!! The way he demonstrated his knowledge and efficiency gave us confidence in Precision to take care of our future needs!

I placed a call for service within minutes I received a call with a confirmed appointment time. My service technician Chris called earlier, address my problem immediately in detail and as I requested, advised me options for a new unit within my budget . The installation took 1 1/2 hours to complete. Big thanks to Chris he is an asset to the company. I am once again a satisfied customer of Precision Garage Door service.

I had heard the company name Precision for garage door needs. I was able to get an appointment same day, I was really only thinking I would like new rollers (18 yrs of use) but when talking to to the young man Chris McVeigh the technician he did show me other places of wear. No pressure just the facts. He was professional and polite. So I went ahead did a complete overhaul and I couldn’t be happier.
