I was told on the phone that two garage door springs would cost between $68 & $118 each installed. I wanted to do this job myself but my wife thought we should have it done. The two springs were $120 each, slightly above the max. quoted. Then we were charged $60 for a center bearing which can be bought for $12 to $20 on line. Fuel/energy surcharge of $20 after I asked if this was the closest location available! The technician was professional and easy to work with. He did the work efficiently and is congenial. All in all I wish I had ordered the parts and done the work myself. I could have bought more parts than were used and saved two thirds of the $316.00 I paid. Live and learn.

I wanted to say Kudos to Andrew, he was very professional and helped with fixing the problem I had with the garage door not closing as it should, he spent 15 mins and replaced some cables and it works great now, I was not charged as it was part of the warranty, this is greatly appreciated and I’m very glad to use your services. A technician, to repair my door, showed up on time and showed me what was wrong. He was very professional and I decided that I needed a new door without being pressured.Two technicians came the next morning and installed the new door. All three men amazed me by their professionalism, speed and how focused they were in completing the project. They talked highly about their company and recapped what I needed to do to keep the door in good condition. The Precision Mgt. did their job in selecting the right people to represent their company.
