Called Precision because of prior experience in Ohio (our previous home). John Tsangarinos was early (called to see if it was ok to come earlier than expected). John was extremely gracious and most importantly knew what he was doing. Great job and I believe went above and beyond. I recommend Precision highly.

Precision is a very professional and caring company. Yesterday we were locked in my garage and they had someone out here within 2 hrs. Their techs, Bryan and Arnold explained everything to us and our options to fix or replace an old motor. We were very pleased with the service they did. This is not my first time using this company and even their office reps were courteous. It’s sometimes hard to find a reputable company like Precision. I would rate them AAAAA!

Your advertisement is always very nine, I keep a copy in case if I need and it has always been there when I needed it. The service was done in a very professional manner and there was no cleaning up for me when he was done. I will always call your company when needed.

Very happy with the service. My garage door came off the track. I call Precision and 2 hrs later a very polite, knowledgeable tech was at the door. After fixing and servicing the door he gave me a tutorial on how to maintain it and offered some suggestions on upgrading. Prompt and reliable service.
