When the main spring broke on our garage door this morning about 10:30am, I called Precision, a company we had used before with great results. Their man, Brian Harmon, was at our house by 12 Noon. He explained why the spring had eventually broken and not only replaced it in a matter of less that two hours, but also did a very thorough job of doing a little preventive maintenance on our other door–no charge there. He left me with a new can of lubrication and showed me where to use it periodically on the proper parts of the door. Brian was an incredibly courteous and pleasant young man to speak with and he kept me up to date on what he was doing at all times. He is a great representative of a company that we have used for almost fifteen years. I would recommend them both to anyone with a garage door problem.

The folks from Precision Garage Door have a solid understanding of what good looks like for their business model. They hit the mark every step of the way from evening access for reporting issues to their phone and email follow up. They were able to schedule a technician to come out the next afternoon. Prior to the appointment, I received a call from the technician alerting me of a short delay so there were no surprises. He arrived at the time he told me then resolved my issue quickly and professionally. Great service!

Called them mid afternoon and my door (which would only close midway) was repaired around 6:30 PM. Still can’t believe my garage contents are now secure. My technician was the best.

Our precision door mechanic called to inform us of his upcoming arrival and he was right on time. Surveyed the problem and came up with a solution. Resolved the problem and was very neat, courteous and personable. And oh yes, his name was Kevin.

The service technician you assigned to this order was excellent. He called when he was running behind and gave a new projected arrival time. Once here he quickly analyzed the problem and offered different repair options. Once the option was chosen he quickly and efficiently made the repairs. We highly recommend Precision. 5 stars

Had a great experience with Precision

Josh was very friendly from the contact call previous to arriving, once he made to my house he just kept being pleasant and demonstrating knowledge, checked for damages to my garage’s door, presented me with a quote and started repairs right away, my wife arrived and asked him many questions to which he responded with the right tone and with attitude. Derek was also very professional and took ownership of situation when service could not be done yesterday evening as I needed due to time of day, he offered waiving of service fee which I thank him, regardless of cost of repairs performed. You guys really take it upon yourselves to assist customers
