I had an amazing experience with Precision. The folks with whom I had contact (estimators, installers, and customer service) were polite, professional and courteous. They responded to my initial call within 24 hours, answered every question I had, and completed the installation to my satisfaction. Michele Ferris was particularly helpful during the process. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I CALLED PRECISION GARAGE DOOR ON 7/22/2018 PROBLEM WITH DOOR STUCK IN UP POSITION THEY SAID TECH WOULD CALL BETWEEN 12:00 AND 4:00.ABOUT 20 MIN.LATER BRIAN HARMON CALLED SAID HE WOULD BE HERE ABOUT 40 MIN. HE EVALUATED SYSTEM AND CHARGED ME $49.99 SERVICE CALL.CHECKED AND CLEANED HE SAID MAY LAST OR POSSIBLE MAY NEED NEW UNIT. BRIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL HONEST AND FAIR.I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY AND BRIAN 7 STARS.BOB HERTZBERG 12324 STREAMBED DR.RIVERVIEW FL.33579.THANK YOU.
