They had inventory and installed a new smart Opener very quickly. They fixed all the noise coming from the door and adjusted the tension in the springs. Door is quite and works like a charm! We had called for service on our garage door as there was something wrong with the electrical circuit or the door safety sensor that only allowed us to close the door from the main button and not the remotes. The technician that came told us we needed new springs, new rollers and a new circuit board-essentially a whole new system to the tune of $1600!!! Fortunately, we thanked him for his estimate and told him we would call back if we were interested in his services. He didn’t even do a tune up on the system as he said it was not possible! Our next door neighbor saw that the technician was there and came over after he left . He identified the problem and fixed the sensor within minutes to allow for the door to work again properly!!! Unfortunately we can NOT recommend this company!

We had great experience with Chris Burge (Sale person) and Justin Scott (Installer) for my new garage door installation. Chris was very respectful and wrote down every details what we requested on our quote. I was able to reach him anytime and he returned my call right away every time. Justin was very skillful and tidy on his installation. He noticed the bottom gap right after installation. He immediately called his office for new part ( 5 inched bottom rubber) and got the appointment the next morning to fix this issues. I will like to request to send Justin for my future garage door repairs or maintenance. Keep up with great work and customer service. Thank you Presicion Garage door.

Cable on one side of garage door broke causing door to drop on one side and jam. Service man responded within about an hour on a weekend day. He was friendly and courteous and completed his repairs in about 1-1/2 hours. He replaced the cables and reset the door and it is working well. I am happy with his work and how quickly he responded but I feel that $512.00 was extremely high. I will not use Precision again.
