No work done yet–just estimate. However, rep Rebecca was great. No pressure but answered our questions efficiently whereas we were able to decide for our needs and budget. She was pleasant and professional, easy to talk to, almost as if we knew her. Expecting the same great service when the techs come to install our new garage door.

We called Precision because the hurricane-impact garage door wasn’t opening properly with one of the remotes. Noah came out and assessed the situation. He installed a more powerful and quieter garage door opener (3/4 hp versus 1/2 hp). He explained everything to me and the install took about 45 minutes. Noah is a very pleasant young man and knowledgeable about his job. We got two new remotes and everything is working perfectly. Great job all around!

Made a call to Precision and within hours 2 Techs came out. { None Emergency} Had new Motor new Keypad installed. New Openers programed. Door in general survised.
