Justin was terrific! He arrived soon after my call, replaced the broken spring, and pointed out the worn out pulleys and missing safety cables. He communicated well, was thorough, and took pains to make sure my garage door was operating properly and safely. He exceeded my expectations. Problem resolved!

I have never been so pleased as to the response of my garage door crisis. The minute my door failed, I searched online and found Precision Garage Door. I called and was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful person that took my information and scheduled a repairman to come within a few hours. I got a call just a few minutes later saying that he could come sooner… like in about 15 minutes. Right on time, Chris Carelas looked my garage door over, wrote up a quote with three options for me to choose from and after my selection went right to work. I was amazed at the efficiency in which the completed the job. He was pleasant, professional, efficient, courteous, and completed the job in less than an 1.5 hours. Now my garage door works like new… smooth and very quiet. I will be happy to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to everyone who might need garage door repair or maintenance. Chris came out right on time to fix my broken rollers on my garage door. He was quick and now I can open/close the door without any issues. I would call Precision again if I ever need additional service!
