Top of the line service from my initial call I needed a tech that day and I got it. Carlos came and did an awesome job he is professional in how he does his job.

The work itself was great and I would normally give you a 5 star rating but I didn’t feel that Wesley was sympathetic about the fact this cost was surprising and at a very bad time for me and my wife. First my wife was told over the phone that the spring replacement was $120 for both springs but then Wesley said that’s just for one. So now we were looking at double that amount but then Wesley put the scare in me that if we don’t also replace the cables and drums, the cable could snap and cause injury so now the price went up to $440. Keep in mind, I was at work and talking to Wesley via my wife’s cell phone so I couldn’t judge the condition of the cables myself and make an informed decision so I told him to go ahead with the full repair. As I was trying to share that this cost was going to put a hardship on me and my wife, he made light of that by saying something like “well I have to work too” I did let Wesley know that was a very insensitive comment.

Craig was the consummate professional. Called ahead so we knew when he would arrive. Troubleshot the problem and recommended replacement. Ours was a very old unit so he performed some much needed work on the door, etc. to make sure we wouldn’t have Followup problems. HIGHLY recommended. We were thoroughly satisfied and would recommend the company to anyone. Craig deserves a raise!

They were very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I called this morning and was able to get an appt timeframe of 12 – 4 and Brian arrived at 12. He evaluated my garage door issue and did not try to oversell me on anything that I didn’t absolutely need. My springs that were 12 years old quit working so I had new springs and bearings installed. The door works great and is much quieter now. He showed me how to do maintenance to keep things running smoothly. He also went above and beyond and reattached the bottom seal so that it was secure. I highly recommend!!

Repair person came the next day, was courteous, efficient, and explained what was wrong and the options for repairing. Repairs only took a short time, and now it operates quietly just like new. Will always use Precision in the future.

The Service Tech was David Crowe. He did a perfect job installing new parts in my garage door. He told me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and the cost of the job. I was extremely pleased with his work. He even took time to connect my car garage door opener for me. He is an outstanding employee.
