We just closed on a new home when one of our garage doors broke at 4:00 pm Friday. Of course, our car was in the garage and impossible to get out. Called Precision and was told a tech would be out between 5:00 & 9:00 pm. Justin arrived about 5:00, repaired both doors. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and expedient in getting the doors working in a safe manner. I will definitely refer Precision to others!

Your guys were timely, polite and efficient. I was having trouble with both my handheld remotes. They explained the problem, tested both out thoroughly and they were working fine when they left. I’ve always used Precision and will continue to do so.
