The service was good. I have a garage with some expensive cars in it, that said he new I needed the door to be repaired. The partlist was nondescriptive I couldn’t tell what part cost X. I was told I must have new springs because the doors were older? It was like it was a law or something but to guarantee the work they must be replaced. I have 2 other doors in the same garage same age and they work fine. I feel like I was charged by what was in the garage and my need to secure it.

Precision is the best ever. They are very responsive and very experienced. If you need a good Garage door need do not look anywhere else. Precision answered the phone and arranged a service call within an hour. I Matt was great. He was honest, professional and he took time to explain options. The job was completed and we are very happy with the work . With the door work and the new Linear opener, we have a secure home, a warrantee, and a smith, quiet garage door. Matt took the time to sync the opener to my car. Five Stars. Thank you.

I thought I needed a new motor, it worked but I couldn’t get my openers in sync. Brian Harmon let me know a new motor isn’t necessary, showed me what to do, sold me a remote, and sync my cars. He could have sold me a motor, but went the honest route instead of the sale. He is a great representative for your company and reflects well on ownership and honest values that you instill in your employees. I recommend your company to friends and neighbors.
