I am very pleased with the service that I received on Monday 11-26-18. Christopher Stephens was awesome and very professional. I only have one question. I have an keyless garage door box outside of the garage that I can enter my code in to open the garage door and by replacing g the motor now I cannot use the auto entry. I looked at the paperwork that Christopher left and I did not see instructions on how to reset the password. Was that supposed to e part of my service yesterday ?

I am very satisfied with the service professionalism knowledge of your people. I just wanted repairs and Tommy politely suggested that it would cost me more in the long run fixing the old door and gave me a break down on repairs vs new I am very glad that I called you guys. Also the installer was very professional and very kind he helped me move some items out of the way for clearance. I will definitely recommend Precision.

The technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable about the door and what was wrong with it. I appreciated that he had all the tools needed to complete the job with him in his van. It was a bigger job than he anticipated, and he worked quickly to finish in time for my husband and I to attend an event that evening. The door is working well now – thanks!

After The reps can and give us three estimates On Sunday for the repairs(which were very high) I then called another company which came on Monday. The repairs were made. There invoice was 500% than precision’s lowest estimate. The highest estimate was as much as a new door.

I have been with Precision for 3 years and everytime I call they are there same day or a time that suits my schedule. The last vist a week ago the tech arrived I explained what was happening, openned the door and he new right away the problem. I needed a support brace on the garage door. He installed it and was done in a half hour. I could not believe it. Everytime I call Precision the customer service is perfect. They definitely deserve a 5 plus rating. Also my daughter and friends are now using Precision!!

Weathersstrip on door bottom needed replacement.called a company who said it could not be repaired. Called Precision, they came the same day, fitted and installed a weatherstrip piece from the truck! The installer Juston was highly professional, totally professional and provided knowledgable advice and answers to my questions. Would strongly recommend for any future requirements.
