Thank you Precision for another great service, This is the second house I have had you replace the garage door drive units in and can’t believe how quiet the belt driven units are compared to the worm screws.Your technician, Arnold Simpson, was very efficient and knew all parts of the job,including reprogramming the opener in my car. Both times I have had excellent service and had no issues with the doors in 4 years that I owned the previous house.

One of the springs broke, at 8pm Tues Nov 20, 2 days prior to Thanksgiving. Precision Garage door, came this next morning at about 0930 am. Quick response. The tech showed me many price numbers? on a 8 1/2 X 11 note pad. By the time the tech finished the job ( 2) both springs replaced and also bearing replaced. I was a little shock on the repair cost $ 880.00. I paid via credit card on the tech’s credit card machine. I have yet to be given a detail or any invoice receipt? I would really like to receive a detailed paid invoice! I have absolutely no ideal how much they charged for these repaired items?

the tech you sent out was very professional and I want to let you know that if we have a problem in the future I would request Arnold Simpson be sent out to fix the garage door. He represented your company as t was his own

I was very impressed with the professionalism and amount of knowledge of the technician, Keith Allen. He was thorough about issues and solution options. He did the repair in a timely manner. Would recommend the company and tech to others.

My comment is trying to get my invoice mailed to me. I was not able to receive this through my e-mail so called and requested the invoice be mailed to me. I was told this would be done but when I did not receive this in the mail called again. I was told it had not been done and would be sent that day. I find this unsatisfactory as I have no paper work for the work that was done.

My brother reccomended this co. When my garage door stopped working. Got a live person on the phone right away(which is always a plus) and got an app’t same day between 11-3p.m. Mike called and showed up around 12. I was thrilled. Nicest guy you’d ever want to meet. Very professional,and obviously knew what he was doing! Diagnosed the problem,explained everything,and replaced my opener,springs,and rollers. That was a whole lot of work! The door works great now. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I called Precision for a noisy garage door. The staff who answered and scheduled was pleasant. She scheduled a technician within hours. Matt was excellent. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem as being caused by paint stuck between the door panels. Matt was patient and thorough. Overall, outstanding service.

I had opened my garage door to back the car out and then when I tried to close it the light started flashing like an obstruction was interfering with the closing.I checked around but could not find the problem. Some years ago,maybe ten. I had the garage door replaced by Precision and I decided that since I had always been satisfied with their service.I would contact them once again. Anyway,I received quick service and quick installation of a new belt drive garage door opener. Thank You once again for prompt service!
