Matthew, the technician, answered my questions and described what he felt was needed to correct my problem. He did very fine work in a timely manner. I chose Precision because of the coupon I received in the mail and because they are a supporter of JOY FM (91.5).

Wow! From beginning to end the staff made it so easy to get our garage door inspected and repaired. The receptionist made it easy to get a time for there technician to come out. Then Justin called and was able to come early which worked out perfectly. He took the time to explain why he recommended new parts. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I went with the upgraded 7 year warranty and springs. He worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. This is the best company to work with if you need any garage door work done!

We love the TV commercials and when it came time for a garage door repair there was only one company to call PRECISION! The phone call was easy and the technicians showed up between the time they were scheduled! Amazing! They explained the problem that a spring had broken and because the system was old we decided to replace the door opener and all. The only problem is the system is so quiet we won’t be able to hear our kids sneaking into the house! Just kidding but the system is awesome and we will forever recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

I’ve been with Precision for 9 months and only had one problem and it wasn’t that big they were out here to fix it the time they say were to be here very polite I really do recommend them they do what they say thank you precision

My technician Arnold was outstanding. I was able to book a service within 24 hours. He immediately identified the issues, offered options, clearly spelled out costs and benefits and went to work. Extremely quality craftsman. My garage doors and now how they better operate is like night and day. I highly recommend Precision
