My garage door is over 20 years old and the springs broke over a month ago and don’t have the time to fix it myself. I called precision for a quote and they were easy to talk to and worked very quick to schedule a convenient appointment for a tech to come by. Next day I got a call early and a local tech was able to come out an hour early if I wanted. I’m glad I agreed because he was great. Carlos Morales showed up and was great! He was quick to identify other issues I had with the door and gave me estimates so I could make my decisions to wait or fix everything at once. I decided to get it all fixed at once, and Carlos wasted no time. He got everything fixed in about an hour. After finishing the work he showed me what was fixed and adjusted, and explained what I needed to do for preventative maintenance. He was great and I’ve slready recommended him to other family and friends. Thank you Carlos and Precision Garage Doors for your great work, my garage door works flawlessly now!

The technician was on time, listened to my issues, swiftly diagnosed the problem as a defective circuit board and corrected the problem in a short amount of time. He was very courteous and adjusted the door as needed.

We needed immediate service on our garage door. My husband saw your ad in the Tampa Bay Times. He phoned and explained our situation and you had a Tech come out that day. Your tech, Matt (A) Leto gave us the estimate for repair and also what a new door would cost. He was very thorough, checking everything. At this time we chose to have the door repaired. Matt was informative and professional at all times. He had all the parts (numerous) in his truck so there was no need to come back another day. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. You are A-1 (5 STARS) Company and Matt (A) Leto is a great tech and an asset with your company.

I can’t say enough about the service we received today. Our garage door started making an awful racket and got slower and slower for opening. Chad from Precision took the time to explain and show me what needed to be replaced, what should be replaced and what didn’t need to be replaced. I didn’t feel pressured at all and I felt informed with what I was getting. Once the work was done, WOW what a difference! It’s so quiet and nice now. Thank you Precision, you’ve gained a lifelong customer!

We were very pleased with the tech (Chris Stephens), who was quite knowledgable and did a good job. Of course we didn’t expect a very high cost at this time of year and that we are seniors on a fixed income, but guess “it is what it is”. Natually we would recommend Precision to friends and neighbors

Carlos was GREAT! He came on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and proposed various solutions. Once we decided on a plan, he got right to work to deliver exactly what was needed in a time fashion. Personable and professional in a aspects. My garage door repair could not have been managed better.
