    We called Precision at 11:00 a.m. technician arrived at 12:00. Installed a new opener and all that goes with it. Knowledgable, polite, efficient. Explained everything to us and gave us his cell phone number if we had any questions that pop up after he leaves. Precision is the best.

    This is my second time using Precision and I could not be more pleased. I recently had an issue with my control board going out. Keith Allen was the tech who came out. He was extremely helpful and efficient in every way. He gave me some needed lessons on followup checks for the future and programmed my whole system with patience and information. Keith is a definite asset to your company and will keep me coming back. I also not the professionalism of the company and equipment supplies in a very neat and clean vehicle.
