David Crowe was excellent. He answered all my questions and showed me how to use the door opener, if electric was out how to open and shut the door and lock it if needed and when and how to spray the wheels. The new unit is guaranteed for 7 years and no charge for service calls. It runs so smoothly now and is really quiet.

We had used Overhead Door before but it was the weekend. We left a message and they never called back. We remembered your ad that there was no extra charge for weekends. My wife had back surgery recently and would not be able to open or close the garage door herself while I was at work. We called and you sent someone out immediately. From the receptionist to the installer it was professional and friendly. We had a new opener installed within hours of calling. We will only call Precision if we need service and we highly recommend you.

Your service and technician was excellent I do have a problem with your billing practices , particularly, the $20 fuel surcharge, especially when gas prices are on the decline.

Very impressed with both this company and our tech Jose. Our garage door repair was extensive and we were given different options from least to most expensive with no pressure whatsoever. Jose was very informative regarding repairs needed and very knowledgeable in completing all the repairs we chose to have completed. Very pleased with the service we received.
