My husband said to call Precision when our garage door wouldn’t close. He new someone affiliated with the company. A live person with a heart beat answered the phone. That is #1 for me. She was very pleasant and knew her job. She scheduled our repair on the same day. The service guys were friendly and very knowledgeable on the product and did the repair in a reasonable time. Carlos explained the work needed, cost and time to repair, before he ever started. And kept his word. I highly recommend this company. There was also follow up by the owner with a thank you letter. All involved were very professional.

The process was quick and seamless. Brittney was able to schedule an appointment for the day after my call. They were able to come earlier than scheduled and called to see if that would work for me, and it did. Keith was very friendly and courteous. I asked to have the garage door seal replaced plus an overall check up on the door. He provided an estimate for the seal only, plus made recommendations to replace the rollers and cable. Given my budget, I elected to start with the seal replacement, but will follow up with him to complete the other items soon. Once he pulled the the seal, Keith noted extensive door corrosion and elected to use a seal that would help mitigate further wear. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the service received
