My springs and arm to garage door was broke. Same day I called to have it repaired they sent the Tech,John to my residence. He was very informational, and explained in detail what was needed to be done. He was amazing! Job was completed in less than a hour.

I had an emergency as my garage door, fell out of the tracks. I called Precision as I have seen plenty of the commercials on TV. I was not sure how long it would take for them to come to my home but I was so pleased with the service I got. It only took about 45 minutes from the time I called. The young man that came was extremely professional, polite and so very nice. He managed to put the garage door down until I could replace it with a new one. I would recommend this company to everyone

GDO failure Sat night. Called Sunday morning. Very courteous Lady gave me a same day appointment with a 4 hr window. Tim called at the beginning of the window and arrived 10 min later. Very prompt.Due to the weight of my door, he recommended a new stronger system. Less than 2hours later. I had my new system. Works well. Highly recommended ! Job well done, Tim!

I just had a new garage door and spring installed today. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I had a chain drive unit and it was very noisy. The belt drive unit they installed is so much more quiet Glad I chose Precision.

Noah called with his ETA I was able to look at his photo on the web site. He was here checked out what was wrong had the equipment with him with in 3 hours he was done and door was fixed. Took all the trash with him no mess and he explained everything. Thank you
