I was delighted by the experience with Arnold Simpson, who was as equally friendly as he was knowledgeable.     Very courteous staff on the phone, got someone out to me within a few hours on a Sunday, the Tech that came by was very professional and replaced my 18 year old garage door opener pretty quickly so I could get on with my day for a great price.     I am very pleased with your with the garage door repair /replacement. Your representative, Andrew was excellent. He provide me with an upfront information of the problems and than provide 4 corrective solutions and pricing. Once all the repairs and replacement of the door opener where complete, Andrew reviewed all the operations of the replaced units and even updated my car internal remote to open the garage door. I am very pleased with Andrew for staying until 9 pm on a Friday to complete the job. Andrews is a very good representative of Precision Garage Door Company.

    Technician did a great job, despite the camped workspace caused by not being able to lift the door or remove our cars. He arrived well within the scheduled window (which was on a Sunday), and installed two new (much larger) springs and new bearings for our heavy hurricane-rated, insulated door. We are very happy with the work, and the fact that he was available on a weekend.
