Rate Five Star. Springs and Roller Replacements were done the day after I called. The technician was very friendly and explained my choices in springs and their costs very thoroughly so that I could make the appropriate choice. Everything is working correctly and much quieter than before. I was able to use coupons from Precision advertisement, but mainly used Precision because of great reviews on Angie’s List.

We were very pleased with the work done on 1/23/19. We had a major overhaul done on our existing door that included a new opener, springs, sensor, and repairs to the door and it’s moving parts. Greg was very professional, friendly, worked efficiently, and clearly knew what he was doing. We offer a 5-star rating.

Justin was my service tech. Justin did a fantastic job with installation of new opener and spring. He made sure everything was clean when the job was done.

The service man “Seth Leto” repaired my wiring problem. He oiled and lubed both my garage doors without me asking him to do so. I was very pleased with this young man.

This afternoon I was shocked by the snap of the very large spring/coil and the loss of the motor to my garage door opener. I called Precision and a tech was at my nome in 15 minutes. The problem was extensive and the fix was explained totally in laymen’s terms. Bryan worked for several hours and completed the job successfully. Then he told me all about the new machine and reprogramed the remote for the door. The garage was cleaner than when he started. I have never heard a quieter garage door opener. Thank you for being there when I needed you.
