What great service! I arrived home Thursday evening I could not get into my garage since I was in a golf car my car was inside. I called Precision Friday morning and they were at my house around 10:30. The spring broken, the roller was bad and I had broken cables hanging opener itself was shot. The technician explained and showed me everything needing repair or replacement. He was very thorough and competent. I had a new system before 2PM. I would recommend Precision to anyone whether it is an emergency or not.

Talk about timing! I had just seen the Precision TV commercial on the Today show when I found the garage door wouldn’t open. Broken spring. I called and was given an appointment within just a few hours. Lucky me, a young man named Issac came to my rescue. He was so polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and patient that I spent twice what I anticipated but with confidence it was a good investment and would ensure years without this problem again. Thank you, people in the office, who authorized Issac to give me exception service at a fair price.
