Dear sirs; I have been using your company, for my garage door maintenance for quite a few years. In November 2014, I had my spring break and had to be replaced. At that time when the technicians came to service my garage, they told me that the bearings and cable was also snapped and so I had them replaced. At that time it was approximately, $800. Yesterday, my spring broke again, (4 years old), asked for emergency service and I couldn’t be accommodated. So, I got a ride to work because my car was stuck in the garage. When the technician came out this time it again was not only the spring but the bearings and the cable was frayed, (AGAIN!). Something is not right either with the product you are using or the way they are installed. This time it cost me $963. I had a technician out in December to fix my garage door opener, only for that to cost me $250 for a new circuit board. Then he asked my wife that I should have that unit changed. By the way it was the same technician. I am totally dissatisfied and I would like a call back. David LaMantia

Tim Vaughn quickly diagnosed my garage door opener problem and determined it had a bad circuit board. He replace the board in no time and my door was working again. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer relation skills. He listens well and he answered all my questions. Thank you Tim.

Customer service person and service tech. were very professional. The only suggestion when scheduling an appointment explain if paying by check tech. will make copy of drivers license, I refused so I had to use credit card.

The young technician that repaired our door was very courteous, clean & very friendly! He explained the issue with the springs & educated me on how the door works & gave us several options on the different springs & their warranties…this is the second time I have hired this company & both times the work was done efficiently & professionally!

Five Star rating – They came within the time they stated and called before coming. WE called the company we usually used and they couldn’t come until Monday to check our garage door which wouldn’t open. Precision came same day and replaced everything and our door now runs like brand new. Great job.
