Impressive. Our two chain drive door openers were 15 years old and replacement parts unavailable. Noisy, sometimes sticking and slipping. Studied replacement options for months and finally called Precision. Tomislav (Tomi) arrived that afternoon, assessed the situation, discussed level or service/replacement options and together we made the decision to replace both units and the aging door springs. Can’t say enough about Tomislav. Professional, articulate, and knowledgeable. He replaced both units, all door springs, worked until 8PM, cleaned up everything and provided a 7-year warranty for the units and his work. Units now operate better, and quieter, than when new. Well Done.

Precision Door Service exceeded my expectations!! Pricing was VERY competitive!! Melanie was totally awesome. She provided timely responses to all my questions! Installation was professionally done. Five(5) Stars!!

Absolutely the best service, best technician and products. Fast response to add an additional remote. Our service technician David was professional and courteous. Everything works perfectly.

I was extremely pleased with the inter presses of my repair from beginning to end, your technician was informative without being to technical. The time he said it would take was accurate and the cost was ,I felt, was responsible.

The Service was excellent ,Though I wish I could have gotten a Discount since I have recommended many Friends to Precision

Your sales and install staff were excellent, in my view, and performed admirabily. Well satisfied in all aspects. Our hurricane rated garage door is an excellent product. I would suggest that anyone who needs a garage door or service should call Precision.

Technician came to repair our garage door opener the same day we called. He needed to replace the opener and worked to come up with a solution to a storage shelf above the cars that gave limited access. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had a good sense of humor. He was very easy to work with, and we would use Precision again.

Brian came out in a timely manner and was very professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything. He was a pleasure.
