As always, best service I could ask for. Fantastic technician Arnold Simpson arrived within 2 hrs of my call and did an outstanding job. Arnold was thorough, professional and did everything possible to be sure I understood the issues and my options. He was a real pleasure to work with and I’m back in business. Had to go with a whole new unit which is always financially stressful but the last one made it 20 yrs so I can’t complain!

Noah’s visit was to install a keypad, which he did. He also noticed the age of my garage door opener , we talked, he quoted me a price, and then he replaced the motor. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I called Precision because I have received excellent service by excellent employees on three or four occasions in the past. And I recommend Precision to anyone who mentions that they are having a problem with their garage door. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to be. Thank you for being there for me.

couldn’t”t get button in car to pair and work. Have to settle for using remote control.

Matt did a very good job, diagnosed the problem gave me some instructions as part of the issue was the in-fared lights were not aligned properly. Also the garage door opener needed a tune up, runs much better now.

Thank you! thank you and thank you-all: I had an old loud sounding, loose and clanging garage door. I called Precision (from their TV commercial) they came out the next day, promptly as scheduled. While talking I mentioned that I was a 74 year old widow (still working every day) and was presently keeping two grandkids, and they like to use the garage door quite often. They fixed my garage door with a first grade motor and new wheels and rails …everything.. yes! Thank you Lord for using these people to help me. they then gave me the bad news and the good news!! and then told me the good news that it was free, yes! a gift! saying they liked giving back to the community when they see the need… yes!! no charge !!!.. I started crying it was so wonderful and such a relief not to have to pay over a thousand dollars for the job well done and greatly appreciated. The wonderful people that arrived on Saturday, Scott Page the manager (definitely an angel from God) Carlos Morales (a angel to me on that day, I kept hugging him and crying) also his helper Alejandro.(I got to hug him too) they were so wonderfully nice. they fixed it and now the garage door is so quiet.. wonderful, thank you, thank you!!

Four words to describe my service tech: timely professional knowledgable and courteous: He explained the cost ratio of part fixing verses the purchasing of a new system.His ability to do so without doing a pressure sale is a credit to your staff. ?????????????????????????
