The experience started off well with professionals doing a good job with replacing our garage door. They even included the insulation for free after some confusion over the original order. I have now gone through yet another failed attempt with a county inspection because the permitting company’s (Gulf Coast Permitting) inability to supply the required documentation to complete the job. Precision Garage needs to find a different company to do take care of the permitting process. This has now been going on for 5 months and I have wasted several precious vacation days because of it.

Wesley was on time, personable and professional. Opener was original to house (30 plus years) and decided it was time to replace before it died. Wesley recommended that rollers be replaced so we basically had everything except the door upgraded. We spent more than we had hoped, but very happy with our new opener. DC chain drive is very quiet. 5 stars.

My technician, Matthew, was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very thorough in explaining what needed to be fixed and what my options were.
