Called for repair for broken spring, but so much was wrong with our garage door. Everything was old, worn, and original to the house (20 years). We had more things done to the door than I am able to check off here. Jordan was our technician and he was excellent! First, he was polite and professional and gave us several options. When I started asking about fixing and replacing other things he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured but had a lot of confidence in Jordan and his recommendations for us. I loved that he already had all of the supplies (with choices) that we needed and wanted. Did I mention that this all took place on Super Bowl Sunday?! Jordan did such an outstanding job and we could not be happier with the total outcome!! By the way, our garage door opener and rollers used to be so noisy that the neighbors probably hated every early morning that we were leaving. It is whisper quiet now and running like a dream. It’s the little (big) things in life that make it better! Thank you to Jordan (give this guy a bonus) and Precision!! Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with Precision Doors from the Sales Consultant Julie, who was very informative of the product, to the installer, Justin who was very professional, proficient and polite not to mention he did the entire install alone, my old door was a very heavy old system!! Justin deserves a raise!! Thank you Precision for such a wonderful product and great Service!! I will definitely tell my friends and neighbors about your great service!!

The service was performed in a timely manner and the recommendations to correct problem was completed. The service tech was very thorough and explained what needed to be done now and suggested what needed to be done at a later date..he was very nice and explained any discounts available..he replaced the spring, rollers,and bearing less then 2 hrs. Highly recommend Precision Overhead Doors.

We got several estimates for the same door style and installation. Precision gave us the lowest price and the estimator spent more time checking what would need to be done to install our new garage doors (replaced old ones) than the competitors. The installers were on time, worked efficiently and had the doors completed in good time. They not only had to reframe two of the doors, but unhooked and rehooked our existing openers. They also helped us reprogram our door openers. We are very happy with our new doors and the service Precision provided.

Belt driven opener installed same day. Technician was right about not thinking of that less noise until you hear the difference. Technician was knowledgeable and able to handle several objections without getting upset. Price was certainly higher than Lowe’s but hope for better quality and option of immediate install won over price. However, the $20 fuel surcharge seems a bit much when price is already higher than average.

Started the morning off to a garage door that wouldn’t open. I haven’t used a front door key to the house in years and had no idea where one was. Called Precision Garage Door and they had me scheduled within hours. A short time after the actual tech called me to confirm he would be there. John T arrived on time…. took a few moments and identified a broken spring. Upon further inspection he pointed out some other issues to me that were just disturbing….whether it was the previous owner or subpar original installation, my garage door was a mess and unsafe. John T. Was thorough, profession and respectful. A true master of his trade. I will recommend Precision Garage Door to ANYONE that appreciates quality service and work.

Andrew was my technician and he was an absolute delight….very informative in explaining everything that needed done, and did a great job. I definitely will use Precision again should there be any future concerns regarding my garage door. (The services performed do not fit any of the categories listed below)
