    My service was excellent. I called in around 130 pm on a Friday, they gave me a time between 2 pm and 6 pm the same day, Andrew Lachance was at my home before 3 pm. He checked my door and gave me a rundown of the issues and went over all three options that I had and also went over all my payment options. Andrew was very thorough and had great customer care. I would recommend this company and technician to anyone!!! Thank you so much.

    5 stars all the way! Received a phone call for a very pleasant dispatcher (Danielle) within an hour of service call. Service provided next day. Service tech, Chris, called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Professional, knowledgeable, he quickly assessed problem, explained it and offered 3 options for resolution. Work was complete within an hour. Very happy with service.
