Fast service, Shawn was friendly, polite and professional. Called Overhead door first because I found a receipt from former homeowner and they wanted $300 just to come out, then add services/parts, etc

Customer service is outstanding. Called at 1 pm and tech at my home by 4pm. Mike and Griffin are top notch. Gave me a fair quote, completed job with no problems, courteous and delivered quality work.These guys really know their business and seem to enjoy their jobs. Precision was highly recommended by some of my friends and now I know why. They are a quality company with quality technicians.Thanks for a great job. Will always recommend Precision.

Alejandro was outstanding. He was extremely polite and patient. Very knowledgeable in determining what was needed to be done while providing several honest repair options. He didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied. Explained in detail how everything worked and even setup the garage door opening capabilities on both my vehicles. Both the new garage door opener and new spring efficiently installed. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Poor customer service. Technician offered to split my payments via four monthly installments. Underwent an antiquated process of providing four post-dated checks, instead of being to set up via EFT. Precision is now processing these checks weekly as opposed to monthly, per the signed agreement. Not sure how this is an oversight when the checks are DATED. Called today, and they are to mail a check back out to me. They claimed that the fastest way to refund Is via debit card, which they told me I could not use to make the monthly installments (what a joke)! This had been a bad experience from the start, with an attempt to get me to replace parts not needed, to the accounting practices. Will not recommend this company!

Ironically, I’ve been hearing your morning TV spots and noticing the ads in the local HomeMag. Glad I did! The client feedback gave me confidence that Precision was reliable and backs the work. Chris replaced our old opener with a modern belt system taking care I understood everything, all worked well, and he cleaned up! Integrity goes a long way. Five stars! Telling everyone. Thank you
