He inspected the door and identified a few issues I was not aware of; he pointed them out explained in detail what the problem was as well as which items were absolutely necessary and which might be optional, i.e. prevent future failures. I’ve used several other companies in the past but never felt confident the job was done right or thorough -I’m certain with John’s work that this door is done right.

My service repair guy (Brian Harmon) arrived on time and did a great job. He did a quick check up on the condition of my garage door and determined that I had a broken spring and ball bearings were also damaged/worn. He quickly gave me a quote on all the diffrent types and cost of the associated parts. After agreeing with Brian, he installed the new spring and ball bearings in no time, and fine tuned everything to perfection. He did an awesome job and explained to me proper maintenance procedures to follow i.e. lubrication of all moving parts etc. I highly recommend Precision garage door to all who are looking for a good quality service.
