My garage opening system was over 23 years old and the remote would not work nor could a new one be programmed. Chris installed a new motor, coils and rollers. Plus a remote. Now everything is very quiet and runs so smoothly. I’m really happy.

Brian Harmon did the work. He did an excellent job. Brian arrived on time, presented me with 3 options to correct the problems. Brian explained everything to me both before and after the work was completed. He gave me suggestions to keep the door working smoothly.

Needed a new Garage door and called 3 companies and chose precision. Have no complaints. my installer JASON was on the job in one day and did a great job. Also answered all my questions and was very responsible. He needs a raise!! thank you and we are satisfied with the outcome.

Precision was an excellent choice when our garage door key pad needed to be reprogrammed. Tim was efficient, courteous and helpful and even left us instructions for how to fix it ourselves if it ever happens again. He didn’t try to sell us products or services we didn’t need. And the price was reasonable. We’ll use Precision again.

I had to have my garage door springs, plate and bracket and wheels replaced when I expected only to have 1 spring replaced. Well, Jose the service tech explained the reasoning for the replacements and gave me payment options that I was able to work with. Jose was truly a professional and completed the work timely and efficient; Precision should be happy they have such a stellar employee who took the time with the customer. I will call Precision for all my needs in the future.

Courteous, efficient, Josh F. Was great, He was very personable, explained everything, it was around 95’ in the garage he hung in there. He even helped with the built in car remote. My cat Herbert liked him. The experience didn’t Suck

Sean was on time to fix the garage door. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable when diagnosing the problem. Sean gave me three options for repairing the door. I have been using Precision for approximately 10 years and I have never had a complaint with this company. The prices are reasonable and you get fast service. I recommend Precision to all my friends and acquaintances.
