We had the technician here today junev28 Carlos we were very happy with the service he told us what needed to be done. Gave us options not pushy at all we decided to go with the new motor. The job was done quickly. Took the time to program the cars. Explained everything about the new unit we have always for the last 20 years dealt with this company here in Florida and in Nevada. Always the same service. Highly recommend. Tried to give it 5 stars the last star would not click.

You had scheduled my appointment between 6 PM and 10PM on Saturday June 22, 2019. Your Tech Brian Harmon was not only on time but a half hour early wich was a big help. We were out of state at the time of the problem with our garage door but we had our neighbors Daniel and Martha. avail themselves to be there to let the tech in to do the repair. All went very well. Your tech was professional and very knowledgeable. He contacted me with what was going on with the door and he contacted me again when he was finished. Explained what parts were needed and that he made some minor adjustments to the door and to the springs which help make the door operate smoother and quieter. You have a great company. Keep up the good work. Regards

The garage door opener was professionally install to the point I can’t believe how quietly the sound is now when I open an close the door. Everything looks great and I thank the gentlemen that repaired everything he explained the steps and why I should pick one of the two options, I did think the price quotes were very high, but I was more concern about safety for me and my family when returning home late at night and did not have a choice at the time.

5 Stars for Josh Figueroa. Excellent work. Selling my home and garage door decided to quit. Called in the morning, out the same day, and on top. Very knowledgeable. Didn’t push any unnecessary work on me. Informed me what was broke and needed fix. Kind, courteous and friendly. Would recommend him to family and friends in the future.

Tech was very kind, professional and on time. I was a little surprised the Invoice was 3x’s higher than was quoted by phone to replace broken spring (reason for service), included were Tech recommended additional services above Spring repair. I heard Precisions Commercial on TheJoy FM
