We had a wonderful experience with the service that we received on the replacement of our garage door spring.The service tech “Bryan” arrived on time and introduced himself and asked us what the problem was.He was very polite and explained what he was going to do as well as giving us tips on maintaining periodical lubrication on our own.He knew his job! We asked if we could ask for him specifically in the future for other service needs and he gladly said yes.Bryan is an asset to Precision Garage Door company.Good job Bryan!!!

5 Stars. I called Precision Door, because my garage door sounded like it was breaking apart every time it opened and closed. I was convinced it was broken, and some garage door salesman/tech was going to make me pay an arm and a leg for a new garage door. Bob and Spencer, my techs, arrived, and quickly reassured me my door was in good shape but just needed some servicing. I only spent $150, and my garage door now sounds like new, including an extra remote I needed. Service level was absolutely amazing, and I will never use anyone else for my garage door needs. Thank you.

Your sales person explained everything correctly and gave me several different options. we selected two high option insulated 16 x 7 doors. The installers came on time, knew what they were doing and finished in excellent time! Very satisfied.

The connection between my door and opener. I was upset in what I thought was a poor job Brian explained why it had been done. He then installed the newest mount. It is definitely a better mount. Brian and his helper were quick, proficient, and courtous. They exp!aimed everything and even advised as to what was the best style opener.

Two technicians came in to replace the entire garage door wireless opener under warranty. The technicians were extremely helpul, friendly and knowledgeable. They were very patient and helpful in programing the wireless software, the wall opening unit and the car remote openers. They definitely deserve the 5 star rating plus, plus plus!!!!Outstanding!!!!

Had new door installed. Was done quickly and professionally by the crew. The door had a minor kink in one of the panels. They immediately ordered and installed a replacement panel. A couple of weeks prior to deciding on a new door, we had bad springs replaced. Because we subsequently bought the new door, the amount we paid for the spring repair was deducted from or door bill. Great customer service!
