I asked if it would be possible to install a back up battery for the door opener. He not only said it was possible but he installed it immediately. Terrific service

I received excellent service today from Jose and the lady who answered the phone when I called around noon today. My husband accidentally hit our garage door with his car so we couldn’t put door down. The technician, Jose came out 4 hours later and we very sympathetic. I thought it was a fair price and he was done in 45 minutes. My motor is 20 years old but it is still working so he suggested that we wait till it finally goes out. He easily could have told me that I needed it immediately. I will only call Precision Door Service/Jose for any future needs. Great company and service!!!

Keith was so nice and informative on how to help maintain our garage door. He was on time and knew right away what the issue was and it was fixed and back to working within 20 minutes. Christian also came out a year ago and installed new springs and other parts and we were very pleased with that job as well. I will always use them for any garage door needs. Highly highly highly recommend them!
