Tyler came & corrected our garage door today. He corrected a problem that has been ongoing since the door was installed about a year ago. He was very professional & explained what he had done. The original installer never explained how to lubricate the door. Tyler was an exceptional person to represent your organization. The door is operating as we knew it should.

I called Precision Garage Door and they came out same day to fix the broken springs on my garage door. We had company from out of town coming and I was grateful for the fast service. Arnold Simpson was so professional and experienced. He also spotted a frayed cable that could have been trouble in the future. The door got fixed , my company came and everything was perfect. THANKS!

Technician called ahead to say when he was arriving Told me what needed to be repaired and cost of the repair. Also, estimated how long it would take to complete job. Also, said senoir citizen would apply to estimate

my garage door makes a loud cracking noise …in the morning when i first open it…precision has been out to adjust and lube it at least 4 to 5 times…they even sent a manager out…and he added some braces…to keep down the noise…i hate to complain…but this door is just not right…the technicians spray it with lube….and the noise is muffled…and they assure me that everything is alright…i don’t know…maybe i will just have to live with it…but i am not real happy…thanks for trying….michael panos…

5stars to my technician Arnold Simpson. Professional and had the repairs done in an hour and 1/2. Explained and showed me pictures of non working parts. I have used Precision before and you are an outstanding company. Will always recommend you!
