My garage door was sounding funny, I looked up at the springs and they were broken. I called this morning and I was told they would have someone here between 4pm and 8pm. I was called 5pm and the very nice young man was very knowledgeable and had replaced all the parts and springs and had it working again. The door was 28 years old and had never had a problem, and now it’s like new! Thank you

Approximately 4pm Feb 13th I opened the garage door and as the garage door went up a huge noise was made by the garage door, parts flying and the door stopped at an angle a 1/4 of the way up. Fortunately there was a sticker on the door with Precision Overhead Garage door service phone number on it. I called, they set up an appointment for 6-10pm. Jesse Burns called before 6 saying he was on his way. When Jesse arrived he assessed the problem, gave me a quote and completed my problem in less than 2 hours. You have to be proud to have an employee like Jesse Burns.
