Had to have my battery replaced in my LiftMaster garage door opener. Arnold Simpson was the technician that came to my house to find out if the beeping noise I had been hearing for almost 2 days was from my battery. He tested it and sure enough my battery was dead even though the door opener stated it was fully charged. In no time at all he replaced the battery and even took the time to spray lubricant on the tracks of the garage door. Great service and highly professional.

I cannot say enough. Bob and Austin were professional clean and friendly. They replaced the springs cross bar and cables so fast. They were amazing. They even took the time to speak to our special needs daughter who is confined to her bed right now because she just had surgery. Thank you both for your professionalism and for making our girls day. You were a blessing to us.

I called Precision and someone was able to come out within three hours of my call. Not only did the technician install my new keypad, he also did a complete inspection and was able to replace some old rusty parts. He was quick and courteous and explained everything he was doing. I will be using Precision for all of our needs as well as our rental properties due to the excellent service I received from the time I made my appointment to the completion of the work.

From initial call for service to finished installation, Precision employees are the best in business. Appointment set convenient for my schedule, technician showed up at exact time promised. Luckily Chad had replaced springs a year ago and was familiar with my doors.

It was great!! And super fast response!! The girl on the phone said between 4pm and 8pm and the technician was there at 4:30 This is the third time we use Precision, the other two were for a spring and it has always been a good experience.

Great experience in every phase – sales, installation,and permitting/inspection. I think I would have paid more and received less from alternative providers. Garage door and opener working flawlessly after almost a month.
