I’ve used Precision before and found them to be competent reasonable and efficient. I had a problem installing my opener on my wife’s new car and called Precision because I’ve a good experience in the past. Unfortunately my suspicions were right and the old opener (10 years) was incompatible with the new technology and had to be replaced. The technician had the equipment, was able to replace it in less than an hour at a reasonable price.

Came out early after calling to make sure it was ok to do so. Gave fair evaluation of what was needed and had all parts on the truck to make all the repairs that day. Ended up repairing both doors and installing 2 new openers, fixing and replacing 20 year old components.

I have had intermittent issues with my garage door opener. Chad called before he arrived. He diagnosed the problem and replaced my belt and motor. I was very pleased with his service and highly recommend them for service.

I really LOVE working Precicion. I’m so impressed that they keep their words and honor their commitments, which are very rare these days. I had the spring of my garage door and associated hardware replaced by Precision a few years back. Last week the spring broke at around 9 pm… I was worried about how I was going to get my car out in the morning, but a technician came out to fix the problem. It must have been complicated because he did not leave until 1 am. My garage was still under warranty so so they did not charge me anything. He broke the glass on my garage in the process… but the company worked with me to prompty repair the glass.

Came the same day I called to rescue me from a stuck garage door. They had all the parts and skills to fix my immediate problem, and let me know what parts might be failing next on my old door system. When that day comes, I will surely be calling back to let Precision fix it up.

I contacted your firm to repair a broken spring. The door has been in service for 26 years and your techs advised that proper repairs would cost about half the cost of a new door. After some consideration, we opted to buy a new door. Your techs were very friendly and informative young men. We look forward to them installing the new door.
