My appointment was between 2 and 6:00 p.m. but Chris Carelas called me just before 2:00pm and was here within 20 to 25 minutes, He was very Knowledgeable to my questions answered them very quickly and got right to work. I chose Precision garage door company to fix my Garage door because they had installed the motor and I knew from their reviews that they would be the best company for the Job. Broke a garage door spring on a Saturday night, called Precision Sunday morning. We were scheduled between noon – 4p and got a call from Austin around 11:45 saying he would be there around 12:15. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He was right on the mark ! Did a great job and was a very pleasant young man. I will call Precision again if the need arises !

I have used Precision in the past and I am always very Happy with your service and the product. Today the Tech was Mike Fanning. Excellent, Professional, friendly and Knowledgeable. He performed the job in a very reasonable time and the job looked and worked perfect. He explained everything and kept the area neat and left it the same way as it was when he arrived. I am a Very Happy customer and have and will continue to recommend Precision to anyone that needs Garage door service or ew installations. Mike was Excellent!!!!

I thought I needed new trim around my garage door but Chad was able to fix my problem without getting a new one. He also made a recommendation that the rollers be changed. The were 18 years old. He replaced them with ones that need no lubrication. Plus, found a screw that was loose and fixed it for me. Gave me heads up about the motor and a recommendation if a problem arises. Boy what a Superman. He knows his stuff. This is the best of the best garage doors fixer. A pleasure to do business with, and economical.
