James responded to our request for repair to our garage door opener within one day because that was more convenient for me. He was appropriately attired for the COVID-19 issues and he’s very knowledgeable about the repair we needed done. He offered several options including some to save a little money and showed us the pros and cons of each quote. Husband and I agreed to His recommendations And he installed the needed parts the same day. I can hardly hear the garage door open now with the new bearings and wheels installed. I would recommend James and Precision to anyone who is in need of garage door repair!

As usual, we had our garage door break after hours. I contacted precision and got not only a live person to speak to but also had an appointment set for the very next day. They gave me a window of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and by 10:15 Justin was calling me to let me know that he was on his way. He got to the house, had a mask on and was amazing through the entire process. He not only fixed the original problem but showed me a couple other problems and got on face time with my husband at the fire station to make sure that he understood everything as well. 5 stars is just not enough! Thank you

We just had a steel building placed for boat and additional storage. We decided to call Precision for the opener and install. We had an appointment within two days, and had a great installer. Jesse was professional, quick and efficient. Exceptional customer service and communication. Maybe a little more in the cost arena but well worth it for the quality, service and professionalism. Well done and thank you!!
