Today Brian came out for a general service call. He was extremely helpful and very thorough at explaining everything necessary for us to understand fully our particular garage door and it’s issues. He gave us options to consider for repair/maintenance. Never pushy. Complied with all cdc regulations. Completed the work in a timely manner. Very personable. If I have a project that requires outside services, first impressions count. The person who answers the phone, the salesperson, the marketing of one’s company. If it’s a good product, the product will sell itself. I look for fair pricing, follow-up thru to installation & then the installation itself. This company meets all of my “go to” wants. We chose Precision because another contractor and friend highly recommended one of the technicians, John Tsangarinos stating that he was an expert in his field. Mr. Tsangarinos did not disappoint us. He was prompt, courteous and highly knowledgeable. He repaired the garage door and also suggested other repairs that were needed to secure the door during hurricane season.

Extremely pleased with the efficiency of the technician! Maintenance service was completed quickly and the replacement part I needed was installed along with instructions being left for any changes I might want to make. Same day service by a very polite and efficient young man, Robert Trotter. The cost of the springs themselves instilled sticker shock but we were most satisfied with the quick installation. Robert himself gets five stars.
