Best service ever , My technician Jesse Burns arrived early and got right to work . Made his assessment and discussed with me his findings and recommendations. He explained in detail and answered all my questions. No pushy sales tactics at all . I was able to pick and choose what I wanted done. Jesse put my mind at ease and was super professional with a great demeanor . The job was done in a timely manner . And I am utterly amazed on how it looks and sounds so quiet now. I’m very happy with the service I received. I was so glad someone could come out on a Saturday as I couldn’t even manually open my door to get my car out. Jose Rosario was fantastic in all respects. He even went the extra mile, way above the call of duty. When I said I was going to leave my car in the driveway for a while so I could sweep out the whole garage, he saw the electric blower and insisted he blow it out for me. Wow…..was happy to not have to go out and do that. Thanks so much! Lynette LoCurcio

I always loved you guys at Precision. Every time I call you guys, you always come out the same day and give me great service. Tim Vaughn came out this time and for him it was an easy fix. The garage door wouldn’t close anymore and he knew exactly what it was and fix it within a couple of minutes. He also oiled the door and the wheels so it wouldn’t run smoother. you guys know how to treat customers and, I thank you.
