First, why did I call Precision? When I saw that my garage door spring was broken all I could think about was that commercial you run with the sound of the spring breaking. Yep, that’s me now. I called on a Sunday morning with the intentions of getting a Monday repair but to my surprise, Precision had a tech working Sunday and he could be at my house that afternoon. So far so good. He arrives, and before he tries to sell anything we have a nice chat about my system, how it works and what problems to look for. After showing me assorted issues with my garage door he replaced both springs, end rod bearings and the steel cables on both ends. Was it cheap? Nope, but I would rather pay the going rate for good service one time than pay less and have to have the problem come back. In the end the system was repaired by someone who knew what he was doing and I have had no problems with the door since that day.

Quick service, within 3 hours of initial phone call. Jimmy explained various options with no pressure to chose any particular option. Job was then completed quickly and thoroughly, with all questions answered. Works like brand new. I would highly recommend Jimmy Johnson and Precision Garage Door.

Had an issue with the door not closing all the way. Customer Service rep very understanding with my concerns. Techs were out in a timely manner to correct the issue.

I set up an estimate with Precision and Rebecca came out to discuss replacing our garage door. She was on time, professional and gave us several options while explaining these options. I could not have been more impressed. I will be making a decision in the next few days. If you are in the market for a new garage door or a repair to your existing one I would not hesitate to use Precision. True professionals.

Ok so i just needed 2 garage door openers installed.. problem fixed but I was told that the garage door opener ranged from $40-$70. I have 1 garage door and was installed a remote for 3 doors(unnecessary) which was the more expensive one at the end. The reson, I still don’t understand but it was as if charging the more expensive of the range was best. Plus an installation fee of $39.99 and coming out fee $50. It wasn’t untill my husband told the tech “hey aren’t u supposed to wave the coming out fee if we repair something” he then “realized that yes my husband was correct and said ok fee waved. The tech was not an issue its the principles of the company.. i thought I would get a Christian company.
