I’ve had 6 garage doors installed on 4 of my houses by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. That’s the reason that I keep coming back to them. This service request was intended to replace worn out belts on two of my door openers. Jason, the technician, Couldn’t repair the openers due to their age (18 years old), but he also found the lift spring was bad on one of the doors. He replaced it, lubricated all rollers, hinges and tracks. Jason was very good, efficient, courteous and quick.

Teck James did a great job yesterday. One Thing I’ll call tomorrow for a check up as there is a loud noise as the door is going down, probably just an adjustment, also he left a tool which he will probably need on his next job.

I appreciate the prompt service, I called at 8:00 in the morning and had an appointment at 12:00. B. Harmon called and came on time, looked at the garage door, found the problem and gave me 3 options on how I could get it fixed. He was personable and knowledgeable, had the garage door fixed, cleaned up his space and was on his way in a timely fashion. Thanks!

On the website It said $0 service fee after the tech got that he tells me it’s $100. I should have been told that before he arrived when I made the appt.
